Starter

Crab Cakes with Coconut Milk - Two crab cakes made with fresh crabmeat, coconut milk, ginger, cilantro, breadcrumbs and Chinese chili sauce. Fried then topped with spicy pineapple lime salsa.

Five Spice Calamari - Calamari dusted with Chinese five spice and flour, fried and served with a zesty chili
garlic sauce.

Entree

Miso Grilled Salmon - Our salmon is marinated in a special miso sauce, then grilled to perfection.
This dish is served with asparagus, carrots, and broccoli in a black pepper sauce.

Pan Seared Peking Salmon - Fresh salmon cut into large chunks, lightly floured washed, then mixed with onions, straw mushrooms, sweet red peppers, broccoli in a red tangy Peking wine sauce. Delicious!!!

Tenderloin Tips and Portabella Mushrooms - Tender filet mignon tips sautéed with portabella mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers and onions in a tangy ginger mushroom sauce.

Happy Family - Scallops. prawns, beef, shrimp and chicken sautéed with water chestnuts, baby corn, broccoli and snow peapods in a luscious oyster sauce.

Lovers Shrimp - Two dishes in one, one side is prawns sautéed with asparagus, mushroom and napa cabbage in a delicious white wine sauce; the other is baby shrimp sautéed with onions and tomatoes in a
tangy Beijing wine sauce.

Pearl Lo Mein - Soft Sai Woo Noodles stir fried with sliced beef, shrimp and chicken with bean
sprout, mushroom, green onion and napa cabbage.

Roasted Pork with Michigan Cherries and Chinese Vegetables - Slices of roast pork stir-fried in a light brown sauce with Michigan cherries, shitake mushrooms, peapods, carrots, sweet potatoes and napa cabbage.

Chicken Cashew - Tender diced chicken breast stir-fried with celery, water chestnuts and cashews in a ginger garlic sauce.

8 Jewel Chicken - Tender diced chicken breast stir-fried with a medley of peanuts, cashews, baby corn, water chestnuts, mushrooms, red and green peppers in a red tangy sauce.

Sweet and Sour Chicken Mandarin Style - Tender diced chicken breast stir-fried with green peppers, pineapple and carrots in a light brown sweet and sour sauce.

Beef with Broccoli - Tender beef slices stir-fried with broccoli, water chestnuts and mushrooms in a garlic sauce.

* Orange Beef - Tender beef medallions lightly battered and fried, then stirfried in a Szechuan orange sauce.

* Szechuan Beef - contains red and green peppers, tiger lily flowers, wood ear mushrooms
and water chestnuts.

Roast Pork and Assorted Vegetables - Tender julienne strips of pork stir-fried with string beans and scallions in a brown sauce.

Mu Shu Pork - Four native pancakes with hoisin sauce accompany these dishes made with cabbage, wood ears, eggs and tiger lily flowers.

Pork Fried Rice - Made with steamed white rice or brown rice. Your choice!

Home Style Tofu - Tender bean curd first deep fried, then stir-fried with mushrooms, water chestnuts and bell peppers in s light hoisin sauce.

Pearl Vegetable Medley - Stir-fried string beans, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, broccoli and onions in a light brown garlic sauce.

Scallops and Prawns with Chinese Noodles - Authentic Chinese E-fu noodles tossed with prawns, scallops, broccoli and scallions.

Apple Caramel Ginger Egg Roll - Granny Smith Apple, sugar, bourbon, unsalted butter, all spice, egg mixed and wrapped in an egg roll wrapper. Served with vanilla ice cream.
